Payment via PayPal:
The PayPal payment method enables you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops. The purchase amount is immediately transferred to our bank account. In this way you will receive your goods even faster. A prerequisite for paying with PayPal is a user account registered free of charge with PayPal. Payment by giropay
If you decide to use giropay when paying in our online shop, the rest will take care of itself. No cumbersome filling out of the transfer, no typing in the IBAN, BIC or reference: giropay takes care of all the hard work for you. You don't even have to register separately. You only need your access data for online banking. giropay does the rest for you. Further information and the option to register can be found on the giropay website.

Pay conveniently, easily and securely with your credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard. During the ordering process, we also need your credit card company, the card number, the validity and the check digit of your card. The purchase amount is immediately transferred to our bank account. In this way you will receive your goods even faster.

Within Germany:
The price for shipping and packaging is currently a flat rate of 5.90 euros including VAT per shipment for an order of more than 25 euros including VAT (status: 04/2023) with DHL.
For orders under 25 euros including VAT, we will send books and goods for 2.50 euros including VAT.
Shipping within Germany takes place as a DHL package Go Green with tracking. Detailed information can be found in the respective product description.
The shipping costs specified for Germany refer to the German mainland. Shipping costs to the German islands should be asked and clarified before placing an order.
The delivery time for standard shipping within Germany is 3-5 working days from payment (within 24 hours), within 2-14 days throughout Europe, within 14-21 days worldwide, within 25-30 days in rural areas of the USA.
Several products ordered at the same time will be delivered in one shipment; the delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time applies to the joint shipment. For products that are made according to customer-specific requirements, the delivery time is extended by at least 1 week. The delivery period begins on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends when the last day of the period expires. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day. Before placing an order, please check that the billing and delivery addresses you have stored at www.natur-garn.shop are correct.
International shipping within EU:
For international shipping with DHL to Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria, the current price is 7.90 euros including VAT for orders under 80 euros. For orders over 80 euros, the shipping cost is 12 euros including VAT (as of: 04/2023)
For international shipping with DHL within other EU countries, the current price is 12 euros including VAT for orders under 80 euros. For orders over 80 euros, the shipping cost is 14 euros including VAT (as of: 04/2023)
International shipping with DHL to Iceland, Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain: 25 euros including VAT for all shipments (as of: 04/2023).
