Susan Crawford Vintage

Susan's passion for knitting, wool, fashion history and books are the threads

that connect the individual areas of your company.

The focus of her work is on sustainable, ethical slow fashion.

For some time now, Susan has also been developing her own yarn line, which is exclusively produced regionally.

She works closely with local farmers to produce special British yarns.

Fenella

100% British wool

2 ply skein

25g = approx. 129m (141 yds)

Can be knitted or crocheted on a variety of needle sizes for different projects.

Spun, processed and dyed regionally near Monkley Ghyll.

Created for The Vintage Shetland Project, this yarn is the perfect alternative to 'Vintage' 3-ply yarn, its predecessor.

The colors have been dyed to recreate authentic yarn colors from the 1930s to 1950s.

The yarn is ideal for Fair Isle projects as well as structured and lace patterns.
