We want to offer you a nice and sustainable shopping experience.

We do not use any outer packaging, filling materials, plastic and the like - for the sake of the environment.

Whenever possible, we use packaging cardboard and writing paper made from grass or materials that are 100% recyclable.

 

We take over a large part of the packaging and shipping costs for you.

The shipping costs are a flat rate of 5.90 euros including VAT for shipping within Germany, regardless of how much you order. From an order value of 80 euros including VAT, you will not incur any shipping costs.

For international shipments within the EU, a price of 8 euros including VAT applies to all shipments.

(Status: 02-2021).

For the EU-countries Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and France we have a shipping offer of 6,90 Euro. (Status 3-2022).

Hand dyed yarns and colors:

Many of our yarns are hand-dyed or are made in small factories. Therefore, there are always color deviations within a batch. In addition, the colors appear very different depending on the screen quality. We know how important color choices are to the knitting project. That is why we try to illustrate the colors as best we can with different pictures. If you still have problems choosing the color, just talk to us. We're happy to help.

This service is chargeable and depends on the number of color samples required.
